When can I book in for my Free Consultation?
If you're feeling unsure about where to start, have questions about your symptoms, or just want to see if we’re the right fit to work together — that’s the perfect time to book in!
The free consultation is super relaxed, no pressure. It’s simply a chance to chat through what you’re experiencing and how my method can support you moving forward.
Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or ready for a full reset, I’d love to hear from you.
I want to work with you but I don’t want to go gluten free, can you still help?
Yes, 100%! While I specialise in the gluten free diet, going gluten free isn’t always necessary for everyone, and I’ll never recommend it unless there’s a clear reason to. My approach is all about working with your specific needs, your preferences, and your lifestyle.
We’ll dig into what’s actually going on with your body and create a plan that’s realistic, balanced, and tailored just for you — gluten or no gluten.
What are your Credentials?
I am a qualified nutritionist (MRSPH) with specialist training in Advanced Nutrient Metabolism and Nutrition & Immunity. I’m accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and certified by the Association for Nutrition (AfN) — so you can feel confident that everything I recommend is grounded in evidence and backed by science.
But more than that, I’ve been where you are.
As someone who’s navigated my own Coeliac and Gilbert Syndrome diagnosis, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to rebuild your health while figuring out what to eat. That’s why my approach is compassionate, practical, and personalised. I’ve also pursued further studies in Nutrition for Females, because let’s face it — our bodies often need different things at different times.
My mission is simple: to help you understand your body, feel empowered in your choices, and rebuild your health from the inside out — one step at a time.
Do you work with clients outside of the UK?
Absolutely! I work with clients worldwide.
All consultations are held online, so no matter where you're based, you can access personalised support, resources, and guidance tailored to your health needs.
Time zones can be accommodated, and I’ll always do my best to find a time that works for both of us.
